Hello, I'm Kate
Trained at the Culinary Institute of America in New York, I am a classically French taught chef that has evolved over decades. From learning butchery to working at a 3 Michelin star restaurant in New York City, I followed my passion and have learned so much about culinary arts, hospitality, culture, and people. My signature style is a more simple yet refined take on fusion cuisine. Every place I live shapes the way I cook and experience ingredients.

I have a dynamic background, my path has not always been linear. Life takes us in directions that we can't imagine, or plan for. That's the beauty of it. In addition to my culinary achievements, I moved over into technology and led global teams of data engineers and product managers.

In my free time you can find me at the beach with my dog, probably SUP, doing yoga or at the gym. I am proud of my fitness journey and 60lb weight loss. My latest hobby is attaining my private pilot's license, adrenaline junky at heart.
